Good selection of music
The customer service is awful - 1 week to reply to an e-mail and then they just gave a standard reply which completely ignored the info I gave them. One of the tracks I purchased is unusable.
Tesco Download - I've e-mailed them 3 times, and in the space of 2 weeks they've sent me 2 e-mails, neither of which addressed the problem. Appalling service.
