Delivered on a Saturday lunchtime. Very quick turnaround

General Comments

SMS delivers all UK passports. I hand delivered my application to our local passport office on Tuesday. Imagine my delight when at lunchtime the following Saturday (four days!) it arrived with an SMS courier. What a service.
I have a lot of deliveries to this address but this is the first courier that has delivered on a Saturday at no extra charge to me.

    Indeed I was impressed by the service SMS gave me over the passport. Frankly I was amazed at how quickly it came back to me and on a Saturday too. How many deliveries have you received on a Saturday without paying extra??

    It was the quality of service that led me to post here. I do not work for SMS and I am not the luckiest person in the UK but I did get my passport delivered very quickly.

    The only thing I would say is that it is the Passport Office who have ensured that you got your passport so quickly rather than SMS.
