Very good technical support. As opposed to lengthy waits and "please leave a message after the tone", I was able to speak to someone every time. Very impressed.
Poor website but I have been told that they are re-designing it and will have a new portal available soon.
Speed with my Advance Group broadband service is not a problem. They are one of the few ISP's that I know who target the "bandwidth monster" p2p pirates, and they claim to have close links to the Motion Picture Association.
Being a business to business focused company they admit that they are not out to attract the consumer market.
If you are a business that needs a reliable service then I guess this is company will be right for you, on the otherhand if you wish to have the fancy portal, with music downloads, ringtones, latest current affairs etc then currently they are not up to it.
