Good Points

Modern, stylish, stainless steel, oval casing. Unique 'fold-down' kneading blade minimises the hole size left in the base of the baked loaf.

Bad Points

The little plastic measuring cup would be much clearer with 'black' markings instead of raised markings.

General Comments

The MorphyRichards 48268 is my first breadmaker and I'm thrilled to bits with the excellent results. I particularly like the vertical tin as this allows you to make a 1lb loaf (most are min 1.5lb) and still retain a full size slice, this was an important factor for choosing this make/model. I like the very modern, stylish stainless steel casing. I've tried all different types of flours, with and without sugar, using extra virgin olive oil - all have come out great - brilliant machine!
