Good Points
Friendly service, everything explained, remembered me from a previous purchase at a different branch and NOT because I was an awkward customer!! Both vehicles (new) were pristine, ready when I was told they would be (matter of days). Very good additonal warranty. Without doubt the best people I have dealt with (along with the Tristar Ford salesmen at Stokesley. The first company I looked for but prices seem a little high now.
Bad Points
I can say there were no bad points!!
General Comments
I have dealt with the Carshock Car Supermarket at Gosforth and Darlington. OK - they have portakabins at Newcastle and what looked like part of an old RAF building at Darlo but the service, cars, friendly staff all helped to make both purchases a delight.
I have had no problems with the excellent service department at Watson Ford in Marske over the fact that cars were imports and covered by the European 2 Year warranty. Just steer clear of that awful Jennings outlet at Middlesbrough.
