Good Points

Goods of very good quality and brand names Easy to locate Friendly to shop


Bad Points

Christmas was very crowded. There were large queues and not sufficient staff on the tills.


General Comments

Harrods Department Stores: I have been to Harrods on a number of occasions. It is the first store I wish to shop in when I visit London. Ususally it is friendly, easy to shop in and the staff are very helpful. But through this years sale periods I have found it to be crowded. It is hard to get any service and staff are too busy to serve as usual. Perhaps more staff was required to meet the demands.
