None.
Misleading information, failure to disclose information, failure to supply documents, exceedingly poor customer service.
I bought a car from the Carcraft Car Supermarket at the end of last year. The car is still not on the road because of their incompetence and poor customer service.
When we purchased the vehicle, Carcraft did not supply the logbook. When we asked about it, we were told it would arrive within 7 days. We are still waiting for it.
We were misled about the credit available on the car. We were told that the interest rate would be 10.9% when in fact it was 23%. The rate was not even disclosed to us during the signing of the credit agreement. We cancelled it as soon as we received the documents.
The sales staff were very pushy about taking out insurance on the credit, even printing off the insurance agreement for us to sign when we had previously declined it. We had to be very firm in not signing it.
I phoned Customer Services four times, (still) without resolution: the first time I was told that no-one could help; the second time I was cut off and when I called back, they denied having ever spoken to me!; the third and fourth times, they were "going to get back to us". We're still waiting.
