Good Points

Guaranteed to stay at least 0.5% above the Bank of England Base Rate until 5th April 2005

Bad Points

Only 5.25%

General Comments

The Marks and Spencer ISA is great with such a guarantee, but when others offer 5.35%, M&S could do better.

I moved my ISA to A&L just before their guarantee ends in April, now M&S dropped their rate to 5% from June as I predicted. Sorry the winner must be always at the top.
