Excellent customer services. 24/7 availability. Very Knowledgable tech assist.
High Cost for call time and upgrades. Very poor when you get a handset that needs replacing 6 times and does not get good reception in my house!!
I have been an Orange customer for about 5 years and have found the srvice to be excellent, if a little expensive. My wife is with O2 operated by Carphone warehouse. Which by comparison is a complete load of rubbish. Customer services closes at 7pm and over xmas didn't open until 10am. I am very happy with Orange and do not mind paying that little extra for the extra level of customer service they offer.
