General Comments

I've had a Jabra BT200 and I currently own both a HS820 and a HBH-660, so I think I have some experience to talk about Bluetooth headsets. The Motorola's best feature is its comfort. I have very sensitive ears and I could still wear it for a long time without feeling any discomfort. And the speaker fits right on the entrance of my ear canal, making the sound loud and clear. I was pleasantly surprised to see how it paired seamlessly with both my T610 and my PC. Redial and voice dial also worked just as they should.

My main concern with this device is that it remains permanently connected to the phone, and thus drains an awful lot of the headset's battery.
The absence of beeping sounds on activation/deactivation is another quirk, albeit a minor one.

In all a very good piece of equipment, lately the HBH-660 has become the companion to my phone, but I see the HS820 as a good back-up, and it still sees a lot of action with my computer.
