Bad Points
Could not handle change of numbers despite calling 5-6 times over 4 months. Appalling customer service. On hold for up to an hour sometimes..

BT Mobile have just such horrible customer service that I don't know where to start. Been on hold for up to an hour.

Agree with the bad service, spent all morning trying to talk to a BT rep, just keep getting cut off. Avoid BT Mobile, not worth the hassle.
