General Comments

Bought the Ariston Technologies AWD12 because it came with 5 year warranty, so I thought "it must be reliable". How wrong I was! Bearing and drum cradle shattered within first year...3 week repair! Then main circuit board blew up in the third year...2 week repair! Now the bearing, drum cradle, outer drum etc etc have all shattered in this 4th year, and are being repaired as I write this. I don't expect it to last long after the warranty runs out. I'll be happy when I'm rid of it. It takes half an hour for their service phone to answer. They refuse to put you through to a manager. Luckily Ariston have honoured their warranty, but it will break down again as soon as the guarantee period runs out even though I only use it twice a week on half load. Will not recommend any Ariston products to anyone!!!

    I totally agree with everything that has been said in this review - I have had a very similar experience with Ariston.

    Totally agree with you. Bad experience too. Pathetic customer service. The phone takes forever to answer. I wonder if it's all the calls they get from angry customers??
    I will never recommend Ariston to anyone.
