The Citroen AX GT is a nippy little car and very easy to work on
It is just as well it is so simple as the head gasket went and it seems to be a common problem at that age as expected.
This Citroen AX GT was an excelent buy for 250 pound and to fully recondition the engine due to a blown head gasket was time consuming but not difficult at a cost of £103, but as a result I have a good runner for £353 and would recommend this car to anyone willing to put a bit of work into it.
