Good Points

Screen has a good picture. Good design.


Bad Points

I have had to replace the backlight twice as it keeps blowing every 9 months. It is very costly if one goes directly to HP so getting an agent to do it is key. An additional problem is that there has always been a fault with the hard drive which means I need to reinstall all my applications every 2 months when this fails.


General Comments

After my experience with the HP Pavilion ZT1170, my advice is never to purchase any HP laptops. I have bought several HP printers which have always worked perfectly.
