Good Points

Easy to drink, mixes with many things, widely available.

Bad Points

You have to be careful with this as with any cream based liquor not to curdle it when you mix with soda and the like.

General Comments

I love Bailey's Irish Cream. There is something so luxurious about something so sweet and so smooth. You can drink it neat, on the rocks, mixed into everything from paralysers to coffee and it never fails to improve the taste of anything you add it to. Even fruit juice can work with it. Don't cheap out and buy the Darby's or other brands; only Bailey's is the real deal.
