Great telephone centre - very helpful.
Awful branch - only one in Coventry. Never have any more than one cashier working. Average wait time in queue 20 mins
There always seems to be a lot of cashiers in the branch - that is until you want them to do something - then there is only one who will help you. Always a massive queue, and if you only want to pay in cheques this can be very frustrating as you can often wait as long as 30 mins, while the counter manager taps aimlessly away at her computer. Was told that all banks have queues when questioned.
