Unusual very dry flavour with a hint of cumin. A most intersting aperatif with a delicate aftertaste, which always gets a nod of a approval from newbees.
Difficult to find in the USA, other then NYC or Chicago.
Zubrowka Bison Vodka must be kept in a very gold store or in the deep freezer. In my experience it tastes good mixed 1:1 with apple juice (Polish women like it that way). Best suited for apperatifs and is an especially good taste to losen up a party.
