Good Points

You can wash it under the tap. Charge lasts nearly a month. Sensitivity control actually works very well.


Bad Points

It is expensive.


General Comments

Philips HQ8894 Aquagenic 8000 Sensotec Men's Shaver: I last used a philishave about 8 years ago. My main reasons for stopping was the skin irritation and the dead skin and hair that needs cleaning out. Things have moved on and this shaver is brilliant. Smaller and quieter than the one I used to have and the sensitivity control is excellent.
Being able to rinse it under the tap is great and it drys nicely in its clock stand. A typical shave is 4 mins so a 100 min charge will last several weeks and only an hour for a full charge.

Main drawback is price but shop around you can get them new for £140 from shavers.co.uk. Or use pricerunner.co.uk to find the best price (got mine for £112).
