Completeley integrated, easy to use, an excellent introduction to apple's pro suite of products (final cut, motion, logic, dvd studio pro), ilife just works
none, except that ilife is not available for windows users (ha ha sucks for you)
iLife is in my humble opinion the best suite of products to be found on the face of this earth. All the programs (iTunes, iDVD, iMovie, iPhoto, and GarageBand) integrate with one another flawlessly.
