Great tasting coffee.
Ease of use.
Totally unreliable if used frequently.
Poor customer service from Magimix.
My wife and I were delighted when we first purchased this Magimix 11154 Robot Caf 500 Auto. It produced great tasting coffee and we were able to alter the strength easily. However after a year the machine started producing weaker and weaker coffee. Having cleaned and descaled the machine on a regular basis we carried out this exercise again but to no avail. We sent the machine back to Magimix who informed us that all was need was a cleanse and a descale. However when we received it back the machine was no better than when we sent it to them. We therefore took the machine back to the retailer who exchanged it for another one. Any way we have had the latest machine for a year now and exactly the same sequence of events has occurred. I will never buy a another Magimix machine again!
