Good Points

The phone is kitted out with all the hi tech gizmotron's that even Einstein himself would enjoy using.
Reasonable price.

Bad Points

Bulky
Not super stylish design, perhaps all the richies who care more about looks should opt for the Nokias.

General Comments

The NEC e616V has an mp3 player, java games, high quality camera with light, its a flip phone so the screen is protected, its big and durable, also has blue tooth and infa red and a large screen. There is also a smaller display on the other side of it which displays the date, time and reception with a blue backlight so you don't have to flip it up to see the time. The keypad is a bit annoying to use with a case on, but the keys light up funky green so I suppose it makes up for it.
When you get it out of the box you have a choice of 2 different sized batteries. One makes it look light, the other makes it look chubby.
Straight from the box you get a fax and phone number for it. You can send and receive e-mail, fax and calls. You can send pictures and multimedia messages to other compatible phones.
The 3G services are pretty cool, you can download pics of girls, watch videos of the news, get ringtones. The ringtones are polyphonic. You can store mp3 files on the phone but sadly not have them as ringtones.
It has a memory stick slot which is cool, I bought a 128Mb stick for it. It comes with a USB lead and software so you can hook it up to the PC and send over pictures and mp3s to the stick, or the phone which has 20-odd MB built in.
One great thing is the phone's price for all this gadgetry; unlike other companies 3G sells their phones at low prices. This cost me £55 including a £10 top up card. All in all, an excellent phone. The only phone I've seen which is cooler is the Motorola A1000.
