General Comments
I have had the Webley Patriot for almost a year now, and I am very pleased with her. When I took her out of the box I was very impressed by the fit and finish of the rifle. The blueing was very nice and the stock was nicely finished too. At first it seems a bit heavy, especially with a scope added. So I would say that this is not a rifle for the smaller person. Also the cocking effort is on the high side, however this is to be expected with a 29 - 30 foot pound rifle. After I shot it for a while I got use to the weight and cocking effort. However the recoil is quite sharp and some shooters may want to put extra padding on the butt of the rifle to dampen the shock. Overall the rifle is very powerful in fact if you want more power you'll have to step up to a PCP. The accuracy I found was quite good one and half inch groups at 50 yards.
