Collection of returns.
In my experinece telephone contact is rubbish and customer service is useless.
24Ace: E-mail contact is non existant. I have been waiting THREE MONTHS for the collection of TWO ITEMS for return. This has not happened despite numerous telephone calls and E-mails. My friend has also had problems contacting the company by telephone. She was waiting for an answer for half an hour before she had a reply and she will never use the company again. She was a first time customer and a LAST. I do not intend using the company again and I have been a customer for a number of years and in my experience it has never been as bad as it is now.
