General Comments

I bought 2 Shanghai QB36-1's. One has a crack in the stock the other has a hole in the stock where a knot has fallen out. One gun shoots good the other I would do better using a slingshot, these guns are a big disappointment. Do your reading before you buy. There is no factory outlet to return these guns, you must call China to get any satisfaction and if you're the consumer retailer or small time wholesaler, forget it your better off buying a gun with an American support center.
Don't get me wrong if these guns were put together right they would be top of the line but the plastic front sight the cracking wood make them junk.

Let me say this again it's the cracking wood that kill this gun. If you have a stock made at a price of 250.00 give or take a few bucks, and forget about the plastic sight because you use a scope. You pay 50.00 to 85.00 for the gun then you have over 300.00 in to a gun with half the quality of a gun you would have receive for your hard earned 300.00 say one made in Germany, Japan, England, USA or Spain. The Winchester, The Crosman, both guns can be had for around 100.00 to 125.00 money well spent.
