Wella Koleston Perfect: I first had Wella Koleston Perfect 5/4 (Chestnut) applied during a "makeover" in a cruise ship salon in 2002. It added a deep chestnut richness and was close to my natural color (more like my color as a child). It livened up my face. My hair color was making me look drab and tired. I was about 25% gray. I loved it!!! I had not colored my hair prior to this but have used this color ever since. I don't know if it's the Wella or the color treatment process, but my hair is less frizzy, shinier and healthier looking than it has been in years. I will continue to use this product until I decide to go gray. Sorry about the other reviewer whose hair fell out in chunks. Different sensitivities to different products. This one is working for me so I'm sticking with it.
