General Comments

Before flying with Phuket Air, I did the worst thing, which was to read the reviews, which were very disapointing. So I immediately expected the worst.

Check in was fine, and the flight left on time, the cabin crew were excellent they were so friendly and were served with hot towels straight after take off, which was followed by unlimited drinks and a hot meal. We were given free earphones for the inflight entertainment, a good selection of films were played which were also different on the return flight. The leg room was good and were given pillows and blankets.

The planes are the "old style" but were prefectly fine they did not have any seat back tvs, which did not bother me atall.

I would definately fly with them again, and for all those people who complained about stopping to refuel on the way back, should have been informed by their travel agent. We were informed at time of booking, so we knew we would have to stop, naturally increasing the flight time.
