Good Points

This Anti-Virus software uses a simple control panel design. The software allows you to select between three different levels of security.


Bad Points

Support is not as advertised.


General Comments

The AVForce AntiVirus Lite works perfectly with Windows XP SP2. The only issue I have with the software is the support. Once you purchase the product there is no way to communicate with them; for example: They have an email address sales@avforce.com which does not accept emails as of the writing of this review. Another example is their on-line support which is never answered/replied to. Another example is the fact that there is no phone number to call. Support = 0

Do not select the Anti-Spyware and Anti-Adware option because they charge your credit card and you do not get additional login instructions as stated in the email they send you.

If you buy this product, it is because of the product and not the support.
