Mostly good, don't even use my nokia anymore. Can download midi or mmf files to use as ringtones. Quick use of volume control when going into meetings etc. Many, many features too much to list which most phones don't have for this price. I traded my e313 for the e616 for £35 and absolutely love it. Most people I know have either bought the e616 or traded their e313 for this. Comes with USB cable, software, headphones, 2 batteries enabling you to charge the phone and 2nd battery at the same time. Great, great, great, overall.
Bad Points
Battery life and can get hot after a while. Customer service (speak more clearly pleasssee), more friendly nature and more informative. Occasionally network coverage is lost or slow.
General Comments
I would like to know which countries 3 network can be used (went to Spain only to find I could not use this there). Also, battery life and heat problem is a very big issue here and reception coverage in certain areas. Overall, I still find the NEC e616 an excellent phone for what I require. The many features are terrific and although some may find the e616 slightly large, well in this case I say size really doesn't matter. I know of many people who agree with this. I wouldn't trade in my phone or its features for any other phone unless the price was the same with the same features I guess. It's one of those situations like Marmite, you either love it or you hate it. I love it.
