General Comments

I have been to the following branches:
Tottenham Ct Road, Oxford Street, Wimbledon, Watford Harlequin, Brent Cross, Edgware and a few more I can't remember the towns.

I hate to generalise but I find staff working at The Link are probably the worst in the industry. I don't know if its the lack of training or if the recruitment process at The Link HR is flawed.
The staff don't seem to be bothered about the business let alone customer needs, in fact on several occassions I have found that staff would rather stand around and chat to one another instead of aiding customers who are asking for help or quite blatantly staring at them (namely OXFORD STREET - they probably think that they are some sort of superior sales consultant or something 'cos they work in the busiest branch.)

I am aware that at time The Link have offered excellent promotions for their products but just the thought of having to beg to be served doesn't quite make me want to ever set foot in one of these shops again.
