Fantastic Staff, really accommodating for whatever style of wedding you are after.
None, but it is easy for guests to get lost, so we produced really clear directions and maps for our guests!
Rochester Cooling Castle Barn: My Husband and I originally planned a small 'do' in a regisitery office, but came across Cooling Castle by chance. There was no going back once we'd seen the place and we booked the very same day!
Cooling organised a tasting evening for us to sample the menus and wines before the big day which really helped us choose, and the staff were there to answer any questions at any time. They remembered our names after only meeting us once and ensured any of the details we asked for were available.
The biggest help was the booklet produced by Cooling that answered almost every question we thought of and more, which took the headache out of the planning.
The day itself was perfect, a minstrels gallery for the bride to make her entrance (the stairs look steeper than they are - believe me!), stunning flowers, and a beautiful setting that was exclusively ours for the day.
Staff made sure my husband and I had time together so that we could 'take it all in' and things flowed without a hitch thanks to the fantastic master of ceremonies!
The food was great and they even catered for all the vegetarian guests, gluten and everything else, guests who needed special diets!
Our family and friends have spent the last five months exclaiming that this was the best wedding they have been to yet!
Cooling don't just do weddings - they are weddings!
