Good Points

Looks nice.


Bad Points

Tray locks, video fades in and out, no tray release, poor customer service, unresponsive to customers emails.


General Comments

Struggled with this product for two weeks before returning to store. Store clerk mentioned that they have had many returns due to DVD tray locking up. Customer support is very poor, their canned answer is ship it back to us (at your expense).
