Where can I start!
24Ace: I have had battle after battle with 24ace. I ordered a mobile phone, which was quite important to me. This took a massive 10 weeks to arrive, this was only after countless phone calls to numerous call centres talking to people who were not helpful.
Then I ordered some items for our bedroom, it took 6 weeks for some items to be delivered, again after complaining on numerous occasions. Some of the goods that I ordered never showed up at all. I filled in a declaration saying which items were missing and they were never taken off of my statement. I am still in the process of getting my balance reduced, I can see this being quite a fight.
My advice is never to buy anything from ace, they don't know what they are doing and they seem to employ unhelpful staff.
I am never buying anything else from them, I advise you to do the same..
