Bad Points

Staff at the call centre have extremely poor communication skills, the couriers do not turn up when they are supposed to.

General Comments

I have had to make numerous complaints to credit card companies that I use who use SMS to deliver their cards. Companies such as Abbey have now given the contract to Royal Mail recorded delivery.
Today I waited from 9am til 6.30pm for a card delivery, when I asked the courier what time he called this ( ie. not 9-5 delivery) he swore and said 'I'll come back tomorrow before 5," and promptly rode off on his motorbike,

They are cowboys and should be using horses not bikes,
"Special delivery" Royal mail is the best.

I tried to complain direct to SMS via e-mail, as they are very obnoxious in their call centre...no response,
Barclaycard eventually had to get an apology from them on my behalf.

2 years later, and SMS still didn't contact me!?

I guess they must have sent the letter via one of their couriers.

    Dear Sir

I apologise if you feel SMS have not responded to your previous concerns. In order for SMS to answer your queries, we do request that you contact us personally with your specific delivery concerns and your full postal address, including postcode so we can look into these concerns for you. The regulations on Reviewcentre will not permit us to respond fully on the site, as this may be seen as promotion of our company and its services.

Should you wish for SMS to look into the issues you have experienced, I ask you to contact me directly on the below email address and I will respond to you personally.

    Yours Faithfully

The "numerous" e-mails I sent were actually data-tracked and digitally signed using readnotify.com - this actually informed me that SMS had in fact opened the mails I sent on numerous occasions (also the IP addy on the actual computer that SMS opened them on) - and yet SMS never responded (the e-mail addy I sent from has no spam filter - so any replies were not mislaid in transit).

This matter is rather moot now, as I no longer have any credit cards delivered via SMS.
