General Comments

I have been to Gran Canaria at least three times, staying at Sonneland, Vista Dorada every time. So I decided to go for a change and stay at Playa del Ingles. It was a name on arrival, and my friend and I were a bit unsure. Though what a pleasant surprise when we arrived at the Santa Clara bungalows. We were well happy. We arrived during the day, so we seen everything! Our bungalow was lovely, 250, it had a front patio, back and side garden, with beautiful flower beds. The swimming pools are great, spacious and clean, even the wee Jacuzzi pool. The tennis courts, you could actually play tennis on them. Any other apartments that I had been to, the courts were like stone aged. The reception area was cool and relaxing. And the staff were all friendly and helpful!! The whole place was fantastic. So near to everywhere and felt safe at night in the area. I would def recommend Santa Clara, infact I'm going back again in March 2005 for a week, and then shall return in August 2005. Definitely stay in Santa Clara!!!
