Good Points

Dimensions and to be more specific - short and thin, so it doesn't stick out much from your trousers/jeans. Thats the main reason behind me choosing it cos my previous nokia was a brick.

Bad Points

Battery charger plug is most unusual, impossible to put on in the dark because of its 2-point plug, and I had to replace it twice.
Phone crashes too often when accessing many fucntions: writing sms, calling out, answering, playing games... all this very frustrating.
Turns itself off randomly. You'll leave your phone on at night, wake up next morning and its asking for your pin number - oh well too bad if I missed a call eh?
Vibrations alert is non-existent. You can hardly feel it in your pockets, so why even bother?
Maximum ring/sms volume is very low. Had it set on high always, but constantly missed calls and read sms's late because it is nowhere near loud enough.
Only has 3 games, one of which you can't save/pause your progress, so if your 20 mins into pacman and have to answer a call - game over, back to the start.
The auto-detect work function is slow as a snail. Writing sms messages is painful.
The lock-keypad function is pathetic. It locks out all keys except for the number 0 and the yes/enter keys - presumably so you can quickly dial 000 in an emergency. Hence, a couple of times I had my phone in my school bag, and I unknowingly accidently dialed the police/emergency hotline. So I had to leave the lock keypad option off, and consequently called the 1st person on my phonebook list several times without knowing..
Simcard slot is awkward and makes it hard to get the simcard out.

General Comments

If you're looking for a cheap 2nd hand phone from a pawn shop, don't get this one. I bought my Ericsson T65 on a plan and finally the 24 months have expired. After 6 months the phones battery charging port didn't connect properly with the actual battery charger plug. Solution? Fork out $100 for a new charger even though the phone was still under warranty....
From then on this phone has been a great annoyance. It switches itself off randomly, it randomly crashes/turns off when trying to access "write sms" menu option, crashes when trying to call someone, etc. See summary of bad points.
Stay away from this phone.
