Easy to use, on screen credit.
Bad Points
I had a C12 4 years and it's the second phone, the first one froze and the CONTACT YOUR DEALER came up, luckly Philips replaced the phone under warrenty and keep my same number. Now after that it had the screen changed, and now in Nov 2004 it's happened again CONTACT YOUR DEALER came up, now seeing as O2 don't want you to have the phone any more, my reasons are they send texts and mail every week offering an free upgrade and all that rubbish, but we all know its down to the free number issue. I use my phone everyday and I intend to get it fixed by philips and carry on with the same tarriff and phone number, don't forget having the same number for four years it would be very hard to change it wouldn't it.
General Comments
The Philips C12 when it first came out on the market was the rage, but after time you get to relise how dated it is now. But look around at other pag tarriffs and you will not see one that gives you a free land line number, which makes this phone differ from the rest of the market. But if you get the chance to get your hands on a rare online C12 keep it as a second phone just cause of the free number, O2 would like to scrap the lot if they had their way, don't give them the chance.
