Great for tv watchers - exercise while you watch

General Comments
Instant Abs - This machine is so easy to use it's a doddle. After trying bikes, treadmills etc- this is the ONE! It's repetitive but you feel like you're really working your thighs, buttocks and belly area. It's so handy to store as it folds up, so it's never far away and when you get a few minutes you can hop on.

Great value for money too.

am thinking of buying the instant abs and i just wont to no does it really work i wont to try and get a pack in three and a half months or my 21st bday i have a 34 inch waist wiv a little belly nothing like a beer belly lol
