General Comments

Bol - This is by far the worst internet sales sites I have ever had the misfortune to use. When I first came across it I didn't realise that it was a book 'club' and it wasn't until I had finished ordering 2 books that I realised that I had signed up to the book club and therefore have committed to buying more books - very sneaky. I ordered two books that are readily available on the 5th Nov. When I hadn't recieved them in 7 days I checked my account to see what had happened and it said that they had been dispatched on the 11th so waited a few more days for delivery. Still no sign of them. Starting to get worried I sent an e-mail, When I didn't get any reply in 4 days I sent another. When I still didn't get a reply I tried ringing. After waiting for 15 minutes for somebody to talk to I gave up. Two days later I finally got through on the phone after waiting for 25 minutes. Apparently the dispatch date on my account on the web-site was when they had ordered the books from the warehouse - so It took a week for them to even tell their warehouse!?! Apparently they have put in a new system in the warehouse which is causing delays of up to 28 days. It is now 28 days after I first ordered the books and still no sign of them. Although the books do appear cheap, there is still a very poor selection and despite some small savings I wouldn't recommend this web-site to anybody.
