Can't really think of any other than a good sized screen!!
Interface is difficult to use
Camera is rubbish

I (like many others here) waited eagerly for my 6260 and was so dissapointed with it.
I have had Nokia's for years and loved almost every single one of them for their ease of use, battery life etc and only changed recently to the Motorola v600.
I never, ever thought I would say this but the Motorola was easier to use!! The menu on the 6260 is user friendly if you work for Nokia - it takes an age to find the simplest of things and trying to set-up WAP/GPRS forget it!!!!
