Excellent service, always helpful and friendly, books are standard RRP price unless they are having a sale or a 3 for 2 deal, which they usually are.
Bad Points
Sales and 3 for 2's aren't that generous but still tempting.
General Comments
Waterstones - Customer service is excellent, they are friendly and almost always able to find what you are looking for. The store layout in every one I've been in so far is very customer friendly. There are always some up-to-date 'interest' tables for those who can't be bothered to browse alphabetically.
