Helpful and willing to spent time with me (even when I was being indecisive).
Bad Points
Were happy to push me in the direction of the camera that they had in stock versus the camera they didn't have in stock!
General Comments
A great experiance, they spent time with me and helped to identify the various benifits of the two camera I was considering. They even let me try various lens (that I didn't plan to buy).
Having chosen the camera, they part exchanged my old camera for a very fair price and even matched a WEB price on a telephoto lense (simply taking my word for it)!
