Nothing outstanding.
Customer service not very friendly .
Packaging for film negatives flimsy.
Quality of processing not sure (many factors dictate this).
I have been to a couple of Max Spielman shops and on a vast majority of my visits I did not find the staff friendly or welcoming. I am not very happy with the quality of the prints although this may depend on many other factors. I expect their quality control is also not effective as I had a damaged print. I had to go through the hassle of taking back to the shop and going back to collet this one picture. They never even gave me any compensation for this. If anyone knows a better place, please recommend.
