Fantastic Hotel, superb food, exceptionally clean, very good value. Enormous place !
Bad Points
Be prepared to walk - this is a very large site, there is a train to take you around ... but not the place to be if you don't like walking. We don't mind on holiday - you've got all the time in the world!
General Comments
Bahia Principe Tulum was one of the most fantastic holidays ever, very close to Xel-Ha for swimming with dolphins. Local buses (white mini vans) can be flagged down right outside the hotel and this is much cheaper than the taxis, we were very dubious to start but this was VERY safe and we had no problems at all. Cannot fault this hotel!
