Customer service polite and professional, fast broadband service
E-mail server keeps crashing. They no longer host new domains.
I have been with Firefly (www.fireflyuk.net) since Feb 04 and recommend them to everyone. The only problem at the moment is their mail server has some gremlins and is down once a month. However this does not stop the web from functioning and as yet have not had any downtime for connection.
