Power, handling, exclusivity, bullet proof build quality if looked after & serviced regularly
Can be a handful in the wet, tyre prices (I have 18 " 255 tyres on mine) short service intervals - every 6000 miles (or 5000 if you do the odd track day)
This Nissan Skyline GT R R33 sports car is seriously timeless, it's shape, aggressive looks will still look fresh in another 10 years. The build quality is superb as long as you treat the car properly - if you stick to the service intervals & use good quality oil etc - you will never have a problem. The bodywork again is superb (I live in the rainy UK & my 97 model has no rust of any sort).
I have the 1997 R33 GTR which now has 33000 miles on the clock & now has 550 BHP.
Every sports car driver knows what a skyline can do & not many will take you on - the ones that do (mainly Imprezza or Evo drivers) - wish they didnt as it's so easy to make them look very very silly!! - Iconic yes, beautiful yes, fragile - no (unless you try & skimp servicing) - make sure you keep some cash back for tyres etc & dont sell it keep it!! - It will be a sure classic in another 3 - 4 years time! - THANKS NISSAN
Where else can you buy a ferrari, porsche or evo eater for £15000!
