You can choose to cancel your contract for supplying gas and power because they ignore their previous obligations when they sold you household appliances.
Bad Points
Totally disillusioned by this apparently large player claiming customer satisfaction is one of its objectives.
General Comments
I bought a wide screen Sony 100Hz TV from Scottish Power and paid over £150 for a 5 year warranty. I too had the money back after 5 years offer sold to me and at no point was I told it would be with a different company that has now gone bust. I bought the TV from Scottish Power because I thought they were a company you could trust.
