????
They just pull the wool over your eyes, too many to list.
Made appointment over phone, and the Carcraft salesman said he would come in especially to help us find the right car on his day off (alarm bells ringing). After way too many questions I looked round a couple of cars I liked and was prompted that they probably weren't quite in my budget, even though the weekly price was well within my budget. The salesman showed me to a car which he thought would be much more suitable. I agreed to take it for a test drive (after 1/4 of a mile the salesamn said right lets go back). Being the first car I have ever bought I agreed to go ahead with the deal. After 3 hours waiting around a different salesman came back with much higher amounts than had been agreed, then did the NAC warranty sales pitch, I was apprehensive but was told it was piece of mind. 1 hour later I was told the finance office had closed and I would have to come back the next day. The following day I drove the 30 miles back to the showroom and bought the car. 5 months later the car broke down, too cut a long story short the waranty refused to pay saying the car had not come to a complete stop. Needless to say I had to foot the £500 repair cost and I am currently pursuing the costs with the help of trading standards. DON'T go there, and spread the word.
