Good Points

Looks nice

Bad Points

Blade flew off first use of processor and damaged lid. Also the motor soft start is misleading.

General Comments

I followed the instructions for the Breville Anthony Worrall Thompson FP7, but the first time it was used a loud bang came from the bowl and I discovered the steel blade had detatched and struck the bowl lid damaging it. The method of locking the blade in place is not easy and consequently it is a disaster waiting to happen!
Regarding the soft start the motor should build up slowly, this is not the case.

The same thing with the blade happened to me!!! First time it happened the day I bought it. I returned it to the shop and they exchanged for the new one. Then after a few months the motor stopped working on the processor bowl, althought it was still working on the blender. I got it changed again. And yesterday - blade jumped out again!!!!! I am fed up. Today I am going to the shop with it and asking for my money back!!!!!!!
