General Comments

My flight going from Gatwick to Monastir, Tunisia, was relatively uneventful with Nouvelair, except for the fact that the cockpit door was open throughout the whole flight and when I went to the toilet I could "say hello to the pilot". Also, I pointed out to the holiday company I booked through that I had a severe allergy to carrots and the meal had carrots in it and there was no alternative!

My return flight was even better. The meal again had carrots in it even after I had spoken to my rep at the resort who said they would speak to the flight company again, nothing came of it. My friends who were vegetarian were informed that there were no vegetarian meals on the flight and they could "have a glass of water" instead. The crew kept the curtain at the front of the plain closed and for most of the flight refusing to let anyone passed to use the toilets and the toilets at the back were completely blocked (disgusting!). When I was allowed passed the crew to use the front toilets again the cockpit was open. But the absolutely best part of the flight was when I sat on my allocated seat and the whole base of the chair broke, but I should not have worried really because the flight crew repaired it using VELCRO!

If I had had a choice I would not have flown with Nouvelair. I did not have a choice because the holiday company changed my flights after I could pull out of the holiday. There is just one thing left to say, DO NOT FLY WITH NOUVELAIR!!!
