Easy to use, Incredibly loud ring tones.
Bad Points
Poor battery life, no decent ring tones, no clock or date, horrible screen font.
General Comments
Pretty much featureless. This is a really basic phone, can't understand why Motorola keep manufacturing them. One has to enter the persons number when sending text messages, rather then using the phone book (not much use when you can't remember someones number). A bit on the large side and has huge horrible springs in the battery compartment, which make very difficult to remove the battery. I wouldn't bother with this if were you.
